Privacy

Insight Stamps, by Insight Archigraphic, runs loyalty cards on behalf of the shop you joined. The shop decides how its card works; we store the data for it.

What we keep

Your name, mobile number, your birthday month and day if you gave them, your language, your stamps and rewards, and when each one was given. We don't ask for your email, your exact birth year or anything about your payments.

Who sees it

The shop's owner and managers see your details. Other staff see your name and the last three digits of your number. On a shared card, the partner shops see your name and stamps only. We don't sell your details or use them to advertise for anyone else.

Messages

The shop can only send you offers if you ticked the box when you joined. You can stop them any time from your card page, and you can remove the card from your wallet whenever you like.

Location

If the shop adds its location, your phone may show the card when you're nearby. Your phone works that out itself. Neither we nor the shop can see where you are.

Deleting your data

Open your card page and choose "Delete my card and details". Your details, stamps and history are erased straight away.
