Questions shops ask
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone.
What if a customer can't add it to a wallet?
Every customer also gets a web card, a private page with the same stamps and QR code. Saved to the home screen, it opens like an app and can still send them notifications when they get a stamp.
What do I need at the counter?
Any phone with a camera and a printed QR poster, which Insight Stamps makes for you. There's no hardware to buy.
Can staff give stamps to their friends?
Everyone has their own PIN, every stamp carries a name, and limits stop the same card being stamped twice in a row. Anything unusual lands in a list for you to review.
Does it work in Arabic?
Customers and staff can use it in Arabic or English, including the wallet card itself. Your own dashboard is in English for now.
What happens to my customers if I stop paying?
Staff can keep stamping for 14 days. After that stamping pauses, but nothing is deleted, and your customer list is always yours to download.
How do I pay?
