The trial and your plan

You get 14 days free with every feature. After that you choose a monthly plan, paid in advance. You can stop any time; there's nothing to cancel beyond not renewing.

If a plan ends

Your staff can keep stamping for 14 days while you renew, but you can't change anything. After that, stamping pauses. Your customers and their stamps stay safe, and you can still download your customer list.

Your rewards

The promise on a card is between you and your customer. You choose the rewards, and honouring them is your responsibility.

Your customers' details

Your customer list is yours. Use it only for your own loyalty programme, message only people who agreed, and remove anyone who asks. We store the details for you and don't sell them.

Fair use

Don't use Insight Stamps for anything illegal, for spam, or to impersonate another business. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Insight Stamps running, but Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are run by other companies and can change or fail. Insight Stamps is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
